During the month of August 2012 the Zhong Ding Training Centre Penang will be running an intensive course in Beijiing Gao Style Baguazhang.
For residential students the course will cover Dingshi Bazhang (Fixed Eight Palms), Liushisishou (64 Hands), Youshenzhang (Swimming Body Palm) and Pianjiandadao (Cutting the Shoulder Big Sword) as well as ancillary training methods, pushing hands and application.
There will be additional short courses (weekends) for local students.
Residential students will train for six hours a day, five days a week, with the option of additional weekend training where short courses are offered.
The cost for one month’s residential training (includes accommodation) is 450 pounds sterling. Fees for short term courses for local students are available on request.
